how many of us are guilty of sending messages under our desks during class - and are hence unable to take a word of what the teacher is saying? And how many of us chat at social gatherings, not to the people around us, but through our mobile phones, which defeats the purpose of getting together in the first place?
These are all warnings signs that your mobile phone is starting to take over your life.
We should start seeing our phones as just a tool that can be switched off, not part of our IDENTITY...
